1. Who We Are

2. Our Service Model

The Blocker is a service for parents and legal guardians — not for children. Children do not register for or directly use our website or app. Parents register on behalf of their children and manage all settings and accounts.

3. What Information We Collect About Children

We collect only the following limited information about children, provided by their parent or guardian:

• First name — used to personalize Charly's reports and communications to parents
• Date of birth — used exclusively to calibrate age-appropriate content filtering through AgeGuard Intelligence™
• DNS activity logs — domain names requested by the child's device, used to generate parent reports and trigger alerts

We do not collect: last names of children, email addresses of children, photos, location data, social media profiles, or any information directly from children.

4. Verifiable Parental Consent

All registration is performed by parents or legal guardians. By registering for The Blocker and entering their child's information, the parent or guardian provides direct consent for the collection and use of their child's information as described in this statement.

We do not knowingly collect information from or market directly to children under 13.

5. How We Use Children's Information

Children's information is used exclusively for:

• Configuring age-appropriate DNS filtering through AgeGuard Intelligence™
• Generating Morning Reports and Evening Reports sent to parents
• Identifying which child's device triggered a DNS alert
• Personalizing Charly's communications to parents about their specific child

We never use children's information for advertising, behavioral profiling, sale to third parties, or any purpose beyond providing the filtering service.

6. We Do Not Share Children's Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose children's personal information to any third party except as required to provide the service (e.g., our secure database provider) or as required by law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• DNS activity logs are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Child profile information is retained only while the parent account is active
• Upon account deletion, all associated child information is permanently deleted within 30 days

8. Parental Rights

As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right to:

• Review the personal information we have collected about your child
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your child's information at any time
• Refuse to permit further collection or use of your child's information by deleting your account

9. Security
